01 20-Stage Filtration Mechanism
The cartridge holds the complete 20-layer media stack — coconut activated carbon, KDF-55, calcium sulphite, mineral balls, Maifan and Zeolite beads, Germanium and mineral balls. As water passes through, these layers remove chlorine, heavy metals, sediment, and limescale while balancing pH and re-mineralising the water.

02 Installation & Swap
Turn off the water and open the filter housing by hand. Remove the old, spent cartridge, rinse the housing to clear any sediment, then slot in the fresh 20-stage cartridge so it sits flush. Reassemble by hand — no tools needed, about a two-minute swap.

03 Flush & Maintain
Run the water for 30–60 seconds to flush out any initial media dust and check for leaks. A fresh cartridge restores full filtration and water pressure. Replace every 3 months for best performance (every 3 to 6 months depending on water hardness).
