Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location and the courier’s delivery schedule.

There's no update in my tracking for a week already! Where is my order?

We are super excited for you to receive your order and we're so sorry for the delay with your package! Although tracking does not indicate this, we can assure you that your package is still in transit to you.

The tracking number states that the package has been delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Generally, your package should arrive before the tracking status is marked as 'Delivered'. If you haven't received it, we recommend checking with anyone at home or your neighbors if they have received it on your behalf. 

Sometimes there might be a slight delay on the couriers end, so we suggest that you wait a few more days for the delivery. If you have not received it in a maximum of 3 days allowance, contact our support team for assistance!

Will my package be charged customs and import charges?

Depending on where you order from, you may be responsible for any charges that may apply to you from customs (e.g. GST, import tax) or other government agencies of your country.

It is also your responsibility to ensure that you can import Mineral Stream products, and we are not able to refund or replace any orders that are held by customs or other government agencies. Do check your local requirements before placing an order from our site.

In the meantime here are some things that might help you locate your package:

  • If the tracking information shows that your package is in your destination country, we recommend checking with your local post office. Checking it online may not be real-time, especially while in transit. Alternatively, you may also contact your local post/customs office directly. The best way to do this is by locating your nearest post/customs office and physically visiting them and providing your tracking number to check on your package. 

  • If the tracking information shows that your package is still in origin or is currently in transit, don't worry! Typically international orders may take up to 10 business days to be delivered; however, your package may be delayed by customs. We recommend full communication with your customs office.
     

  • Whatever the case may be, we recommend communication with your customs office as this is the most likely place for packages to go missing.
